DRI, the Voice of the Defense Bar, released a report this week called “Without Fear or Favor 2011 – A New Decade of Challenges to Judicial Independence and Accountability.”

In addition the report examines widespread funding cuts for judiciary systems across the country, judicial recusal after the Caperton decision, performance evaluations, and diversity of elected and appointed judges.
