Wisconsin supreme court justice comes under fire for campaign relationship
Questions have risen over whether Wisconsin Supreme Court justice David Prosser should recuse himself from a case. Prosser’s campaign, during the state supreme court election earlier this year, paid a lawfirm $75,000 for their services. That firm now has a case before the Court. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Oshkosh Northwestern both report on the story (via Gavel Grab), and say that questions on ethics have certainly been raised.
