The July/August issue of The American Interest contains a three-article symposium entitled “Campaign Finance after Citizens United.”
Michael J. Malbin executive director of the Campaign Finance Institute and Professor of Political Science at the University at Albany, SUNY, writes for the election system to fundamentally change, the amount of small donors needs to dramatically increase. To do this, Malbin focuses on the need to energize the general public’s perception of their actions and consequences in politics.
